Would love some kind of way to look more holistically at the team — imagining some kind of heatmap or timeline view showing people across epics in flights, etc.
Potential approaches:
- Heatmap showing activity density per person per week
- Gantt-style timeline of who's working on what epic/project
- Flight/epic allocation view showing team distribution
