For the Capture screen, it would be nice to have an Impact category. Actually having performance dimensions as categories would be helpful — e.g., Project Impact, Craft, People, Direction — so notes can be tagged along those axes for each person.
Sub-question: Does the Capture screen currently use the LLM to automatically infer category of input? If not, that would also be valuable.
