[Functionality] Specimen scaffold media is not generalized

## Problem
The images used within `index-prototype` are not all adequately generalized.

Several images are also missing as there are not generalized images present yet.

## Description
As `vocabulary` pulls from that as its first implementation case vocabulary needs to adopt better norms here that can then cascade down to `index-prototype` or other implementations.

The use of images for items such as profile pictures, article images, etc. need to better be generalized, but also be representative of actual in-production cases.
