Description
## Problem
The 2015 report is based a modified mirror of a WordPress site. However, the original report was generated via CLI tools: [cc-archive/sotc-2015](https://github.com/cc-archive/sotc-2015).
## Description
Determine if [cc-archive/sotc-2015](https://github.com/cc-archive/sotc-2015) can be updated with current tooling and used to generate a cleaner version of the 2015 report.
Note that [cc-archive/sotc-2015](https://github.com/cc-archive/sotc-2015) contains a broken French translation (which should be fixable if the project can be updated).
