[Feature] Categorize the search engines based the search label -type-

## Problem
May most of the user feel distributed while looking for many search engine for more than what they need to search about, as well as may when add more than what are there of engines will be hordable for user..

So I think that will be Simpler in UI and more comfortable use, as well as it is easier to noticed the desired search engine for the users

## Description
It will be as google engine with google image engine, as show in the following video, each label show within individual page alone
