Description
I noticed that "participants" and "contributors" are widely used as general terms indicating people who are engaging in the Network but are not necessarily members throughout the whole documentation. But in this particular one, "Chapter Guidelines," they are defined differently and that might potentially cause confusion among people who are familiar with the new structure (especially those from regions where English is not first language).
Maybe we could use the term "contributors" only to refer to non-Members in the other documents to keep consistency for now, @claudioruiz ?
