[Bug] Proposed CC0 1.1 contains error from CC0 1.0

## Description

[The proposed CC0 1.1](https://github.com/creativecommons/creativecommons.org/blob/cc0-1-1-proposed/docroot/legalcode/zero_1.1.html)’s Section 4(b) says “the present or absence of errors”. [It should say “the presence or absence of errors”.](https://creativecommons.org/legal-code-errata/)

2. Open it in a Web browser.

## Expectation

I expect any errata from the previous version of CC0 to be incorporated into this new version.
