Description
It appears that the jobs that maintain some aspect of MediaWiki such as populating categories and refreshing the caches has not been run for a long time.
Examples of issue:
- The [active users](https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/Special:ActiveUsers) cache, is more than two years old.
- I created this [Category](https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/Category:Summits) some days ago. It is not yet populated.
