padding issues in subtitle and footer logo

## Description
The text in subtitle which says "Help us build ..... " is not visible with full height on laptop resolution.
and the logos in the footer get disordered on smaller screens . I am attaching corresponding screenshots as well.
## Reproduction
1. small padding of about 5 px will set the subtitle right
2. besides the cc logo, the other logos can be put inline
