Description
[Single Chapter screen](https://network.creativecommons.org/chapter/cc-rwanda/) needs more work
- [ ] Add the latest news (blog entries) from chapter websites (in case of having a real website)
- [ ] include svg map country portion of the country
- [ ] Option to add a featured image
- [ ] Contact form instead of mail-to
- [ ] Empower Chapter lead to change chapter data and add or remove users from/out the Chapter (Idea from #335)
