Instances of "chooser" related language in CC repos

There are a small number of places that the word "chooser" is mentioned in the descriptions and names of various CC repos. For each of these, it may be worth looking at whether or not the language should be changed.

This list may or may not be exhaustive, and is mostly meant to track these instances :)

Start by reviewing the descriptions and name of creativecommons/cc.engine, creativecommons/cc.i18n, and creativecommons/cc-license-chooser for the listed "chooser" language. Determine which references need updated wording and whether other CC repositories contain similar instances. Done means the affected repository metadata has been reviewed and any agreed changes are applied.
