[Feature] Add Card Design to Thumbnails for Improved Contrast

## Problem
The current design of the thumbnail with the white background blends poorly with the page background especially for resources with white images, resulting in poor contrast. This makes it less visually appealing and harder to distinguish.

## Description
Introduce a card-like design to the thumbnail elements. By adding a border around the thumbnails, the content will stand out more clearly. This will improve visual clarity, and enhance accessibility.
