[Feature] Impoving SEO & OG Tags

## Problem

- Currently (as you can see in the screenshot below) this page doesn't have any proper description or even images.
- Screenshot below shows how this page present itself when shared as a url, which is not user friendly

## Description

- Proper open graph tags should be added for meaningful description with an Open Graph image.
- An Open Graph image is an image that is associated with a webpage and is used when the webpage is shared on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Open Graph images are also called social sharing images or social media images.
- An open graph image increases the click-through rate of a website link when share across social media.
