Crawlab can't crawl webpages; comes with broken installation

I got Crawlab setup in a docker container, however it seems that this project is either broken or is now unable to crawl webpages. For example:

When attempting to use the `crawl` command, Crawlab immediately fails and complains that the command `crawl` doesn't exist. After troubleshooting I found that Crawlab does not come with the `crawl` command installed.

However, even after installing the correct dependencies, Crawlab still fails to crawl webpages. It seems that the project isn't designed to work with `crawl` commands, despite being named "Crawlab".
