Description
I have waited for an interface to the SCIP program. Propose to add it as the last entry to the "Interfaces to Open Source Optimizers" subsection.
- Package 'scip' provides an R interface to SCIP (Solving Constraint Integer Programs), developed at the Zuse Institute Berlin (ZIB), https://scipopt.org/, a framework for mixed-integer programming (MIP), mixed-integer programming (MINLP), and constraint integer programming. Supports linear, quadratic, SOS, indicator, and knapsack constraints with continuous, binary, and integer variables.

Research direction
Locate the "Interfaces to Open Source Optimizers" subsection in the Optimization task view and review how existing package entries are formatted. Add the scip package as its last entry using the details in the issue, then verify that the entry accurately describes its R interface and supported optimization features.
