Description
Would be a nice convenience to have a quick way to jump to the previous or next entry directly from the entry edit page. Maybe a "save and edit next" and "save and edit previous" in the "save" button dropdown list. Or a secret keyboard shortcut to traverse up or down an entries stack while avoiding the "entry index" page ;)
There are times when a similar edit needs to done across a number of entries where this feature would be one way to save a couple steps between each edit.
Additionally there are times when an entry is repeatedly saved and edited before moving on to the next entry where this would be a convenience.

Research direction
Start by locating the entry edit page, its Save button dropdown, and the entry index page. Review how entries are selected and saved before deciding whether adjacent-entry navigation or keyboard shortcuts fit the existing workflow. Done means a clear, tested way to save an entry and move to the previous or next entry without returning to the index.
