What happened?
Description
I updated the CMS from 3.6.6 to 3.7.61 today and now I can't log into the admin panel any more. The form is missing the user name and password field.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
go to
localhost/admin
put in my admin info and log into the site.
Actual behavior
unable to add my login info as the fields are missing.
