Not sure if this is following the latest update but long titles used to use ellipsis if I'm not mistaken and all buttons and title would fall on a single line:
Another little glitch, specific to French, the translatable icon goes to the next line for the slug (Identificateur) which is unfortunate, not sure what can be done though (maybe always keep the icon with the last word of a field title)...
