If a "URL Suffix" is specified before a link target is set, the type will change to "URL" automatically.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Select a bit of text.
  2. Click the link icon.
  3. Expand the "Advanced" fields.
  4. Edit the "URL Suffix".
  5. Click away.
