Research direction

Start by reproducing the staging-to-development clone with the listed Craft, PHP, MySQL, CKEditor, and Cloner versions, then trace the source of the logged message. No file or test is named; done would require determining whether the CKEditor/Cloner interaction causes the clone failure and documenting a confirmed fix or reproduction.
