Description
We use a self hosted agent and want to upload the Coverage information to a Teamscale instance in the cloud. Due to our company policies the internet access must be done using a proxy. I haven't found a possibility to add proxy settings to the TeamscaleReportUploader task and therefor all uploads fail with the error message "xxx refused a connection. Please ensure that you have no typo and that this endpoint is reachable and not blocked by firewalls."

Research direction
Start by locating the TeamscaleReportUploader task and inspect how it configures and performs uploads. Determine where proxy settings could be supplied, then verify that an upload can reach a cloud Teamscale instance through the proxy; the payload names no specific files or tests.
