Description

There are a couple of tests like this one:

		<test name="ExpNeg0">
			<expression>Exp(-0)</expression>
			<output>1.0</output>
		</test>

We should not be testing operators with negative zero.

Research direction

Start with tests/cql/CqlArithmeticFunctionsTest.xml, especially the ExpNeg0 example and nearby arithmetic tests. Remove the tests that exercise negative zero, then verify the remaining CQL test definitions are valid and no negative-zero cases remain.
