Description

[stmt.for] shows the grammar of a statement, and the equivalent construct with goto. [stmt.while] only shows the equivalent construct, but not the original grammar. This is making it difficult for the reader to understand how this transformation works.

The grammar rule for a while-statement should be included here.

Research direction

Start by comparing the [stmt.for] and [stmt.while] sections in the C++ draft source, following the links in the issue. The work is complete when the while-statement section presents its grammar rule as well as the existing equivalent construct, with the surrounding explanation still clear.
