[stmt.while] Should include grammar

Description
[stmt.for] shows the grammar of a statement, and the equivalent construct with goto. [stmt.while] only shows the equivalent construct, but not the original grammar. This is making it difficult for the reader to understand how this transformation works.
The grammar rule for a while-statement should be included here.
