Description
Similar to LWG3638, and I suggest removing current [vector.bool.pspc]/4 and detailing each member function of std::vector<bool>::reference.
[template.bitset] is similar.

Research direction
Start by reading LWG3638 and the cited [vector.bool.pspc]/4 and [template.bitset] clauses in the draft. Map the member functions of std::vector::reference and the corresponding bitset area, then revise the wording so each member function is described clearly and the current paragraph is removed.
