Description
[dcl.fct.def.default] p2 says
the type T2 it would have had if it were implicitly declared.
This clause could be transformed to
If it were implicitly declared, it would have had the type T2.
IMHO, Is it a hybrid of past and present? Isn't the following more grammatically?
If it were implicitly declared, it would have the type T2.
Or
If it had been implicitly declared, it would have had the type T2.
