Description

This is a follow up for #5109. Code highlighting has been previously discussed at #572.

I have a working example at https://github.com/JohelEGP/draft/tree/highlight_cpp_dates that looks like this:

1637770981
1637770792
1637770771
1637770755

Research direction

Start by reviewing the working example in the highlight_cpp_dates branch, then read the related discussions in #5109 and #572. Compare the rendered examples with the requested preprocessor-date highlighting and confirm that the affected C++ draft output matches the shown result.
