[Feature Request] 在扣子对话界面支持实时语音对话功能

扣子的实时语音对话能力已经通过API开放（WebSocket/RTC SDK），但普通用户在扣子对话界面（PC端和移动端）无法使用语音实时对话。
目前只能打字交流，而竞品豆包已经支持流畅的实时语音对话体验。希望扣子对话界面也能集成实时语音功能，让用户可以像打电话一样和Agent对话，而不是只能打字。
具体建议：
在对话界面增加语音输入按钮，支持实时语音识别和流式语音回复
支持多种音色选择（可复用现有TTS音色库）
支持打断、静音等基础交互控制
移动端和PC端同步支持
