Description
Background
docs/governance/grants/README.mdx and program-structure.md describe the program per CIP-63 (January 2025): a budget of 600,000 xDAI plus 1,465,260 COW, and a five-member committee with a 4/5 signing threshold. Snapshot "CIP-82: CoW DAO Grants 2026 Renewal" (approved January 2026) renewed the program with a new budget, and the committee composition has changed since then (middleway.eth stepped down in March 2026, at least for the time being, per their forum post).
Details
Update the budget figures and CIP references to CIP-82. We're happy to PR that part. The current committee composition and signing threshold we'd rather not guess at, so flagging that part for someone who can confirm.
Acceptance criteria
- Budget and CIP references reflect CIP-82.
- Committee composition and threshold reflect current reality.

Research direction
Read docs/governance/grants/README.mdx and program-structure.md, then compare their budget and CIP-63 references with Snapshot “CIP-82: CoW DAO Grants 2026 Renewal.” Verify the current committee composition and signing threshold against the linked forum post about middleway.eth stepping down. Done means both files reflect CIP-82 and confirmed current governance details.
