Update the language used in the ComposableCoW section to what we previously aligned to ("programmatic orders" not "conditional orders" etc.), ie. use "programmatic orders" however have an explainer that `ComposableCoW` implements programmatic orders, and then refer to it all in fixed-width font.

Research direction
Open the documentation's ComposableCoW section and search for references to "conditional orders" and related terminology. Replace them with "programmatic orders," explain that ComposableCoW implements programmatic orders, and render all references in fixed-width font; review the section to confirm the wording is consistent.
