Description

The readme specifies:

  • Run forge install to install the dependencies. This will create a new foundry.lock file which you should commit to the project

I tried to run:

cd contracts
forge install

at commit 6f7c8a6d83183fc5cbd38356e2755b6031c96d9b on cowprotocol/bridge-and-swap and no lockfile was created.
