Description
Coveralls has stopped reporting results and is by that blocking pull requests we have 4 of them currently pending:

- https://github.com/tremor-rs/tremor-runtime/pull/1197
- https://github.com/tremor-rs/tremor-runtime/pull/1198
- https://github.com/tremor-rs/tremor-runtime/pull/1199
For each of them the upload using the plugin was reported successful and we can see builds in the coveralls UI but clicking on them crashes coveralls; re-building the coverage and re-uploading doesn't help

Research direction
Start with the four linked pull requests and their successful plugin upload reports, then compare those builds in the Coveralls UI. Reproduce the failure by opening the reported builds and check whether rebuilding and re-uploading produces the same result. Done means the pending pull requests receive usable Coveralls results without the build view crashing.
