Description
When I try to open a document using **Get Document** i Have this error message:
Error running command cblite.explorer.getDocument: Couchbase Lite Error 1 / 5 RawRevision dcodeTree revIndex error. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes cblite.explorer.getDocument.

Is it due to cblite binary? How can I fix it?
