👷 👷 👷 need to create the backend to handle and keep track of all questions posted to upsy

In order to speed things up on Upsy training data... we need to create the back end to keep the questions/conversations users are passing to upsy. No personal data will be stored - this is only a dataset so we can keep track of the training.

> we should keep all questions and we need to generate a metric on how many times each question was asked.
The metric can be done after in a secondary page.

> We would also need to create a new page to display the data so we can see what are the most asked questions. (maybe a flag so we can keep track of the changes made.
