Description
Once we have v3 implementations for all of the supported storage technologies, we should remove the legacy projects from the solution. (They are already configured not to build NuGet packages, but we're keeping them around for reference as we build the new versions.)

Research direction
Start by inspecting the solution and its legacy projects, then compare them with the supported storage technologies and their v3 implementations. Confirm that every supported technology has a v3 implementation before removing the legacy projects from the solution, and verify that the resulting solution still loads and builds.
