Description
I have created a peristimulus histogram as a new window to my forked repo of phy.
If you are interested I can make it into a PR?
phy commit: https://github.com/cortex-lab/phy/commit/eac7f35b55c708d08ef8f90735e0c330afad7823
Also requires phylib commit: https://github.com/hmogensen/phylib/commit/c154ff8021aac2862a9f53ffed7ee9898887e9fe

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked phy and phylib commits to understand the proposed peristimulus histogram window and its dependency changes. Check whether the implementation still applies to the current repositories, then clarify the maintainers' acceptance criteria. Done means a reviewed pull request with the required phy and phylib changes.
