Description

phy_amp

Hi,
I'm having an issue with clusters showing zero amplitude for all spikes in the "AmplitudeView" panel.
As you can see in the attached example, spikes seem perfectly normal with varying amplitudes, and the rest of the panels look fine.
About half of the clusters have that display issue. what could initiate this problem and how can I fix this? (I used kilosort 2.5)

Regards,
Hadar

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report in the AmplitudeView panel with Kilosort 2.5 data, comparing clusters whose amplitudes display normally with the affected zero-amplitude clusters. The payload names no source file or test, so investigation must first locate the AmplitudeView data path and identify why only some clusters lose their values; done means affected clusters show their varying spike amplitudes.
