Description

Right now we have this output from collections:

       conditions:
         - collections:
             - name: TX
               arguments:
                 - crs_skip_response_analysis
               count: true

Ideally, we can make them less verbose and show like:

       conditions:
         - collections:
             - TX: crs_skip_response_analysis
               count: true

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the YAML serialization path for collections and any related tests, then compare the current and requested output. Done means collection entries use the shorter TX: crs_skip_response_analysis form while preserving count: true and other output behavior.
