Sometimes I recive this email in French [app/mailers/organization_notifier.rb](https://github.com/coopdevs/timeoverflow/blob/develop/app/mailers/organization_notifier.rb) but my user (the user with email that I'm reciving) locale it's not French
Also It will be good to translate the subject "New Applitication"
