Profile photo cropping difficult to use

When trying to adjust the cropping box when cropping a profile photo, it's very difficult to use. The cropping box seems to get 'stuck' to the side of the picture frequently and won't allow you to move it. I have found the only way to do this is to shrink the box, move it, then make the box big again (but that is also difficult because sometimes it get stuck when trying to resize it bigger again depending on which corner the resize is done from).
