Description
Continue's CLI implemented "invokable skills and import any skill" — the import direction. We built the publish direction: SKILL.md folders → Codex plugin bundles, with behavior regression tests (https://github.com/chenhz01/zhengming-openai-plugins, MIT). Same road, opposite lane — would you accept docs/tooling PRs linking the two, or is there an export story planned?
