Research direction

No file, test, entry point, reproduction steps, or usable log output is provided. Start by collecting the missing OS, Continue, IDE, model, and configuration details and a reliable Safari reproduction; done means the looping Cloudflare check is reproduced, its affected entry point is identified, and a regression check covers the fix.
