Issue Description
I’m using moonshut’s Kimi K3 model, and it asks me for approval every time it wants to write a file or execute a command. Also, because of the UI, the execute button is always blocked. How can I use auto-approval or enable accept all?

Research direction
Search the documentation and UI-related entry points for Run Terminal approval, auto-approval, or an accept-all option, then reproduce the approval flow with the described model setup. Document the supported way to enable automatic approval and explain the execute-button limitation, with enough detail for users to verify the behavior.
