Relevant environment info
Hi,
I've installed continuedev/cli but when I start it I'm aksed to login with a continue.dev account. I'm writing Entreprise code under NDA/Strong IP restriction. That's not reasonable to assume that what I do is tracked/sent to an external company. Would be nice if CLI could be used without tracking.
PS: "GitHub discussions" link in issue template is dead

Research direction
Start by tracing the Continue CLI startup and account-login flow to identify where authentication is required. Check how the CLI handles usage and tracking, then define completion as a supported account-free path that does not send enterprise work or usage data externally; confirm the existing CLI checks still pass.
