Support for pushing content types to a CMS

I might have missed it in the docs, but it’s not clear to me if a content source can allow you to push the content types to a CMS as well?

If not, this is a feature we’d love to have. We’ve built our own wrapper around the different CMSes we use, letting us generate TypeScript types as well as push the content types to the CMS, but potentially replacing this with an open source solution would be very interesting.
