[Feature]: Downloads page

### Consisely describe the feature.

Instead of other installation options in the dropdown linking to the installation docs, we should have a page dedicated to all available downloads. This page should have Windows, Mac, and Linux downloads for each arch. The linux box should primarily be package manager commands. Maybe from this page (on the bottom or somwehere?) we should link to the current installation docs for if someone wants to build from source or something else.
