[Bug]: Improve Formatting and Styling of Release and Resource Links

### Consisely describe the issue

The release and resource links in the hero section have inconsistent formatting, spacing, and responsiveness across different desktop viewport sizes.

The three links should also follow a consistent visual and hover color used in the navbar. Currently, the typography, spacing, and interaction styling can feel disconnected from the rest of the header/navigation experience.
