Description
When the browser window is resized to a smaller desktop width, the Community Meetings cards stay in a single horizontal row. This means users have to scroll sideways to see the remaining meeting cards, even though there's enough vertical space available.
It would be more user-friendly if the cards wrapped into the next row (or stacked vertically) once the available width becomes smaller. This would remove the need for horizontal scrolling and make the section easier to browse on smaller desktop screens.

Research direction
Start at the Community Meetings section and inspect the component and styles that lay out its cards. Reproduce the issue by resizing to a smaller desktop width, then verify that the cards wrap or stack without horizontal scrolling and remain easy to browse.
