Improve Community Links Section: Update Icon Styling and Add Consistent Hover Effects

While browsing the Community section, I noticed that the icons don't feel consistent across themes.
In Light Mode, some icons blend into their circular backgrounds and don't stand out very well. In Dark Mode, a few of them also lose visual clarity, making the section look less polished overall.
Another thing I noticed is that only the IRC icon provides a noticeable hover effect. The other icons don't respond visually when hovered, which makes the interaction feel inconsistent.

Suggested Improvements

- Replace or update the community icons so they are more readable in both Light and Dark themes.
- Keep the icon style consistent (size, contrast, and visual weight) across all community links.
