Coloring Book section disappears from the viewport after resizing the browser window

When viewing the homepage on a full desktop window, the **"Have fun coloring and learn about Podman!"** section is fully visible.
However, after resizing the browser window to a smaller desktop width, this section is pushed below the viewport and is no longer visible in the expected position. Instead, users only see the end of the previous blog section, making it appear as though the Coloring Book section has disappeared.

**Expected Behavior**
The **"Have fun coloring and learn about Podman!"** section should remain visible and maintain a consistent position in the page flow after resizing the browser window.

**Actual Behavior**
After resizing the browser window, the section is pushed further down the page, and only the previous blog content remains visible in the viewport.
