Description
Concerned UI component: `ArticleCard`
The headline's background is hardcoded to `w-10/12` in the normal layout ( maybe to create a cutout effect where the image peeks on the right side of the headline similar to "Want to learn more?" section in Features page which uses altLayout), but in normal layout the image and the headline do not overlap, this creates an undesired gap in the headline.

Research direction
Locate the ArticleCard component used by the home page and inspect the normal layout around the headline's w-10/12 styling. Compare it with the altLayout behavior referenced in the issue, then verify that the Latest News headline no longer leaves an unintended gap beside the image.
